I've had ...64 points is correct for that city.<br /><br />I've had the same thing as you happen to me. I drew a game with someone, and I lost ranking points too. Basically it figures (quite rightly) that for a lower ranked player to tie with you, they must be good. So it awards them points, not as many as it would for a win mid you. You only lost 15 points.
